    Filter rail by exception type and stale age

    Processors can now slice the rail by exception tag (mismatch, missing citation, stale) and by how long a condition has been open.

    • New filter chips persist per user
    • Stale age computed from last status change, not last view
    • URL is shareable across processor handoffs

    Upload retry states are now explicit

    Failed uploads no longer silently disappear. Borrowers see the retry state, the reason, and a single button to try again.

    • Transient network failures auto-retry up to 3 times
    • Permanent failures (wrong file type, oversize) show plain-language reasons
    • Processor side gets an exception tag instead of a ghost upload

    Export the full underwriter packet — conditions, evidence, audit trail, safety boundary — as a single PDF.

    • Print stylesheet tuned for letter and A4
    • Each document keeps its source citation
    • AI safety boundary is printed on the cover page

    Calyx Point import cleanup

    Calyx imports were occasionally duplicating condition entries when the source file was re-uploaded. Imports now reconcile on a stable key.

    • Re-import is now idempotent
    • Old duplicate entries can be merged from the LOS Sync view
    • Audit log records the merge with the original source evidence

    Extractions below threshold are now labeled Needs review instead of silently feeding the matcher.

    • Confidence band visible on every field
    • Override is one click and is logged with reason

    SMS opt-in and opt-out flow

    Borrowers can opt in to SMS reminders during portal onboarding and reply STOP at any time. Opt-out is honored within seconds.

    • Opt status stored per borrower per loan
    • Templates never include approval/denial language
    • Every send is logged in the audit trail
