Acceptable use

ConditionRail may not be used in a manner that violates fair lending law, including ECOA, the Fair Housing Act, HMDA reporting obligations, and applicable state-level fair lending rules. Customers may not configure conditions, reminders, or packet rules to produce disparate treatment of borrowers based on a protected class.

Workspace users may upload borrower documents only for files they are authorized to work on within the customer's compliance program. Uploading borrower data for an unrelated loan file, an unrelated person, or any file outside the customer's lawful mortgage operations is prohibited.

ConditionRail prepares files and surfaces evidence; it does not approve or deny loans. Customers may not use ConditionRail outputs as the sole basis for a final credit decision. Final credit decisions, adverse action notices, and borrower commitments require human underwriter review by the customer.

Workspace users may not attempt to bypass, escalate, or impersonate Loan Origination System permissions through ConditionRail integrations. Connected LOS credentials must be issued under the customer's own permission scheme and must reflect the workspace user's authorized role.

Workspace users may not probe, scan, or attempt to disrupt ConditionRail infrastructure; may not attempt to access another customer's workspace; and may not upload material designed to compromise the service or other customers.

We may suspend workspace user sessions or workspace access when use of the product appears inconsistent with this policy. Confirmed violations may result in termination of the workspace under the Terms of service.
